Sales Representative
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong communication networks and relationshipswith the key contractors, specifiersand end-users in their marketplace.
    与主要的承包商,合作方及市场中的终用户建立强大的沟通关系。
  2. Use the tools available to present Mosco’s products and services to customers that best suit the customer’s needs.利用现有资源向客户展示适合客户需求的产品和服务。
  3. Meet or exceed target sales and profitability goals.
    达到或超过销售目标及盈利目标。
  4. Work in a team environment to analyze the project from a sales, business and engineering perspective.
    在团队环境中工作,并从销售,商业和工程角度分析项目。
  5. Negotiate prices and agreements including credit terms and collection.
    谈判价格和协议,包括信用条款和托收。
  6. Participate in field work required (measuring/assessing fields, confirming pole locations, assisting at installations, night light tests, trouble shooting and warranty inspections).
    参与所需的现场工作(测量/评估现场,确认极点位置,
    协助安装,夜光测试,故障排除和保修检查)
  7. Ensure that pertinent project information and doucmentation is maintained and up to date.

  8. Prepare budget estimates for customers’ lighting needs through the use of the pricing tools.

Education & Experience Requirements:

College degree in Business, Communications, Marketing,or Parks and Recreation desired and a minimum of two to five years previous sales experience.
大专以上学历,商务,通讯,市场营销或娱乐专业,至少2 – 5年的销售经验。
