Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze, monitor and maintain quality of information in Scoreboard on all assigned projects to ensure it is communicating project details accurately to the team. keep SB information updated timely.

  2. Work in partnership with the regional sales team and field customer contacts to proactively meet the sales plan.SB orientation training for Sales and new related team member if necessary.
    与区域销售团队和现场客户合作,积极完成销售计划。如有必要,对销售人员和新成员进行入职培训.
  3. Determine when, how, and what company resources are to be brought into the sales process.
    用准确的时间及方式将公司资源引入销售过程。
  4. Accountable for timely hand-off of sold projects to Order Management team and for providing needed details for their processing of order with manufacturing.

  5. Act as a communication link with regional sales team and field customer contacts.

  6. Prepare Sales catalogues/presentations for sales representative.

  7. Do translation work and aid bid documentation, engineering work.
    完成翻译工作,协助投标文件及工程工作。
  8. Prepare for Sales ISO work.
    负责完成并收集销售ISO审核需要的相关工作。

Education & Experience Requirements:

  1. Over 3 years working experience in JV or foreign-funded company.
    3年以上合资或外资企业工作经验。
  2. Sales background competence or technical knowledge is preferable.
    有销售背景或技术知识优先。

Job Specifications:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Perfect Mandarin, Good command of English, fluent spoken English, CET6.
    优秀的英语听说读写能力及普通话沟通能力,英语六级。
  2. Computer experience required, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project, photoshop helpful Internet knowledge.
    计算机经验:Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Photoshop,掌握因特网知识。
  3. Ownership in attaining performance goals.Self-directed within a team environment
